Flue gas desulphurization systems
Sulphur oxides are formed as a result of chemical reactions occurring in the combustion process. Sulphur, naturally occurring in fuels, binds with oxygen to create substances more widely known as SOx. These substances lower the pH of exhaust gases, which creates a threat to the natural environment. Technologies that reduce emissions of sulphur oxides neutralize waste gases by using a reactant (NaOH, Ca(OH)2). We offer desulphurization using the following methods: wet, semi-dry and dry. Our solutions in the above-mentioned scope of exhaust gas cleaning are primarily intended for installations in the power range from 1 MW to 30 MW. The technology proposed to our clients as a solution to the problem of sulphur oxides SOx content in the exhaust gases ensures reduction of emissions to the level required by the ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of 22 May 2018 and in accordance with the recommendations of BAT (Best Available Techniques). The presented solutions bind the required equipment efficiency with a competitive price. Our knowledge and experience can be proved by numerous projects: Indykpol, Łyna.
Flue gas denitrification systems
As a result of chemical reactions occurring at high temperatures inside the combustion chamber, nitrogen oxides (so-called NOx) are formed. NOx synthesis processes depend on many factors and very often reducing their emission to the level required by the law only by changing the parameters of the furnace operation turns out to be unattainable. In such cases it is necessary to use a denitrification system, which allows to purify the exhaust gas to the required level of NOx content. We offer the design of catalytic (SCR) and non-catalytic converter (SNCR) flue gas denitriding systems. Our solutions in the above-mentioned scope are intended primarily for installations with output power from 1 MW to 30 MW. The technology proposed to our customers as a solution to the problem of too high content of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gases ensures reduction of emissions to the level required by the ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of May 22, 2018 in a process consistent with the recommendations of BAT (Best Available Techniques). The presented solutions combine the required efficiency of devices with the price that is competitive with the offers of other producers. Our knowledge and experience can be proved by the completed projects: Indykpol, Łyna , ZMIERZ.
